the Sherry strong Magarach

As well as in "¦рёёрэфЁх" in "¦рурЁрёх" the original treasury - enoteka is created. In it there are bottles which has passed for 150-200 years. In total 21651 bottle of wine, including a curiosity - the Muscat pink 1836, brought in the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest wine made in Russia is stored.

Governor general M.S.Vorontsov has signed the order № 1060 from 10/26/1834 which said: "-шэр, not capable to long storage to sell immediately, the others to store 3 years to learn within several years, they can reach what perfection and then already sell, leaving some quantity from the best grades, osoblivo from muscat, in сѕ=№ыър§". So the collection was born.

In 1871 for work talented chemist Alexander Salomon has come to the Magarachsky institution, and the laboratory has been created enohimicheskaja. Now wines subjected to the analysis on 28 indicators. There was a possibility to conduct theoretical works, to study wines of other areas: bessarabskie, Transcaucasian, Don and to make recommendations about their manufacture.

Some times in enohimicheskuju laboratory were delivered heresnye yeast: in 1908, 1913 and in 1929 from different vineyards of Andalusia and during different seasons. All of them have appeared one kind. So was the leading part of these microorganisms in sherry manufacture, and then in a wild kind they is proved have been found in Armenia, Dagestan and Uzbekistan where local manufactures have been organised also. However only in Magarache till now lives and the posterity of yeast from a city the Sherry de la Frontera is well and makes

Branded white strong wine from grapes of grades of Aligote, Sovinon and Rkatsiteli which have been grown up in a steppe and foothill part of Crimea. Wine has colour from straw to the golden. A bouquet with nut shades. Taste full, harmonious, with pleasant zhguchestju, also is felt salt, sugar, a smell roasted ъюЁюёъш". Term of endurance 3 years. Spirit of 19,5%, sugar 2,5 g/100 sm 3, acids of 4-5 g/dm 3. It is used as aperitif.
